Stephanie has over 8 years’ experience in the retail industry, which includes opening and operating a
Surf Shop with a partner. She was the sole buyer for apparel and soft goods. Additionally, Stephanie
managed the largest of seven women’s privately owned clothing stores, with sales successful enough to
support payroll in all the stores. Stephanie had a lengthy career in Human Resource Management and
was successful as an HR Manager in building HR departments from the ground up and managing all
facets of those departments.
Stephanie currently runs a successful Airbnb in Fallbrook and enjoys volunteering her time. She was
Event Coordinator on the board of the South Morro Hill Association in Fallbrook, for 3-1/2 years.
Stephanie’s passions include surfing, sailing, traveling, reading, road trips with her girls and eating her
partner Phil’s excellent food!
